So I got boned by the Bear fiasco...now I am looking at other options.
Here is my question:
Is "experience" "experience," or is there "experience" and then there is "BB experience"? Another words, will going to a boutique IB (if I can't manage to squeeze into a larger one in the next few months, that is) hurt me when I start looking around for HF/PE jobs? Or will it translate across?
thanks for all the help, especially from the senior guys who have some experience in the matter--either personal or via hiring.
FT or summer? also were you considering equity research? saw you post about it the other day, hope you found some useful suggestions
i had a FT offer, so I'm kinda pressed for time in looking for other options. no senior year to look forward to, and no "next" recruting season.
