Idk where you’re located but why tf would you want to move to Japan to work without the expat package? Their economy is stagnant at best and doesn’t offer many opportunities to foreigners if you don’t have a native-level proficiency (and even then, you’ll always be seen as the token foreigner).
If you want to work in Japan for a while you can take advantage of the working-holiday visa for 1 year, work as an English teacher and take it from there if you really like the country but you really need a specific plan of action.
