Facebook Scandal - Dreams of a Distressed M&A Banker?

So, I admittedly have very limited insight of M&A banking. However I was wondering, experience wise, and also resume wise, how valuable would it be to work on a distressed M&A of Facebook? As in front row seats, not the guy working on the backyard. And what would you do to get on the deal? One would think top MBA schools would find this interesting. Let's also assume that Facebook is crumbling as fast, and as suddenly as Lehman did, so this is a total shocker to the market and world.

(DISCLMAIMER: I realise this is highly unlikely!)
