Fall Internship Before Recruiting

Hey guys, so I was able to land a fall internship in banking that I will be doing until this semester ends. Given this, my resume has a blank line underneath the new position, however applications are going out soon and I don't know if I should wait to apply/send out my resume. Many people have been asking for it, and I just send it with a bullet underneath the position saying Starting on September 17th..

I think it looks sloppy but I do not know how else to list it. Is there a way to update a resume when it is already sent in via the online application process? I would like to update it after a couple months go by, but I am unsure if this is really necessary or not. Any tips would be appreciated

Thank you for the tip. So you think keeping a line underneath the position showing that I am starting in a few days is sufficient enough? It does make it look like it has a lot of white space
