Fear of Failure is Slowing Me Down
I feel like as of lately I've been slow in finishing my deliverables. It can be a simple task and I feel like it takes me longer to complete it than it should. I believe fear of failure is the main culprit as I proofread/crosscheck probably more than I should, oftentimes to the point of obsession. The deliverables themselves come out pretty nice and my seniors express their gratitude often, but little do they know I'm a nervous wreck who sometimes struggles with the most basic tasks.Does anyone have any advice on how I can stop this analysis paralysis, or perhaps put more accurately, how do I stop being a bitch?
