Federal Background Checks
Anyone in IB know how common federal background checks are for onboarding or getting on deals? My understanding is they can happen if you cover A&D or government services, and require disclosure of mental health records, past use of drugs/alcohol, etc. (much deeper than a normal background check).
Any help is appreciated!
