Feel like I’m so focused on execution I’m not learning or digesting what’s going on

Hi all I feel like I am falling behind really fast, constantly getting by fine on analyst tasks but everything about the markets and trends and transaction fly over my head that I’m not really digesting it. At most I just understand how does this business make money and is it good ?
