Final Interview at a BB?
After two super days, I got an email informing me that I have a final round phone "interview" with an HR rep. Compensation forms were attached. This seems weird to me-- I've done 12 interviews in person, and they want me to chat on the phone with an HR rep for a few minutes to make a decision?
Honestly not sure what to expect, whether it is on-boarding stuff, yet another behavioral interview, or, like...brain teasers. The job is not a front office position, but I figured someone here might know what to expect. Advice appreciated.
I doubt there will be brain tease questions.
It should most likely be on-boarding stuff; maybe a few behavioral questions here and there. You should be fine unless you say something really stupid.
