Finally got out of back office..
It still feels unreal to me right now. I have been working in a back office role for 1.5 years and spent months taking courses, networking, modeling, etc. I got interviews and failed them, but I persisted and finally got an offer.
For those of you trying to break out of back office or currently interviewing, I believe in you.
