Financial Communications
Alright so I have a 9 week internship at a top boutique Financial Communications firm (investor relations / financial PR / crisis work / Transaction Communications) that has a focus on M&A communications counsel and contingency plans. I'm getting to learn about their clients' deals on a case-specific basis which is decent because they have worked on some big ones, but the jobs not very math oriented. I'm just wondering whether working at a firm like this resonates at all w/ IB / Asset Management.
