Financial Engineering/Nuclear Physics

Say I major in Financial Engineering and triple minor Accounting, Psychology, and Nuclear Physics, but I get a 3.6GPA (maybe even a 3.5GPA). Will I have a sharper shot in a BB than a Finance major/Accounting minor standard 3.8GPA? What if they have a 3.9GPA?

Guys don't worry, those aren't my majors, GPAs, or anything like that, I was just curious if unusual combinations beat out the standard.

One more twist, what if the latter had seven extracurriculars and the former has two? Does the GPA still hold the strong hand in the pick?

Don't bother trying to be different. In finance you'll be fine as long as you do well the things other successful people have done before you.
