Hi SPAC gurus, have a question on SPAC for the veterans – what is the industry standard finders fee and how is it structured for securing an acquisition target for a SPAC?
Is it % of transaction value (similar to M&A or Equity raise)? Is it cash or stock? what is the appropriate %? Does the SPAC sponsor pay / or acquisition target pay?
