Finding the best

I am looking to add 6 new recruits to my team- analyst & associates. we have thousands of CVs and recruit only from the best business schools. making selection process tough and thourough.

what do you think i should ask in interviews to really find out what makes them a truly brilliant candidate?

Original Q&As please- but remember, nothing crazy this is for real positions, and I want to find out if they are motivated and capable

Best efforts here may lead to invitation to interview (BB IBD- best in the business)

  1. What motivates you? What keeps you driven?
  2. Are you sure you are cut out for this job?
  3. Tell me why I should pick you over all the other candidates? What differentiates you?
  4. Ask them for examples of things (working hard, struggles, etc.). You can see through the BS when they give examples.

Hope this helps and hope you're not a troll...

I'm not even going to bother breaking down what makes this a troll. Troll.

One of those lights, slightly brighter than the rest, will be my wingtip passing over.
