I would align your dates more to the right side. Also if you are working at a place for only one year (IE May 2011-December 2011) I would list it as May - December 2011. Also, try putting the location above the date, and bold the location - check out the M&I format for examples.
The rest looks good from a quick glance.
Update your resume, and just put UCSD. I've never heard of Saddleback. Formatting nuance as above. Good luck.
