First in Person IBD Interview
I have my first, in person first round interview for IBD at a BB Friday. I'm scheduled to meet with 2 VP's, an Analyst, and an Associate. This is for a lateral analyst position. Can anyone shed some light on the format the interview may take. Will I be meeting with all at once and getting grilled, or will be I be meeting with 1 or 2 at a time? How long of an interview should I expect?

1 or 2 at a time. Interviews should be 30-45 minutes in length, unless they give you a modeling test or a case study. Have they told you how much time you should block off for interviewing? This should be a pretty good indicator of how long your interviews will last.

A small PE
if it's 3-4 hours with only 4 people ( I am assuming 3 interviews), it means you will probably be presented with a simple case and modeling test and you gotta crack it ( say...build me a simple a/d model or a simple dcf model in 50 mins with this company...and tell me why you use the assumptions)
Also, since it's healthcare, know the industry well. It's going to be a lot more technical than a 1st year interview.
