First M&A presentation to the client
In two weeks I am delivering my first time ever buy-side M&A pitch to the client, where my team and I are about to propose a potential target company. How can I deliver this presentation in the best possible way? We have a pretty good structure and I am curious what I can do to make the client confident that I know what I am talking about and that I am there with his best interest in mind? Any tips to appear more confident or communicate the results better?
No offense but as an analyst you will not get to speak in the meeting.
He's probably going through training and got asked to make a presentation for a fictional deal. Now just imagine how much of a fucking nerd, hardo and disgusting no-life you have to be to 1) take training seriously 2) ask for tips on WSO. Probably a woman too.
Are you ok?
If you're a first-year analyst, you'd be lucky if you get to even flip the deck.
