First month as an analyst intern (view and feedback need)

Already 1 month as a valuation analyst (intern). Wanted to share my 1 month as I need to understand whether I am doing well or there are issues...Would appreciate a lot any comments and feedback

Week 1. Introduced myself to the team. Did trainings. Waited...Talked with team...

Week 2. Got staffed to the project...Was only asking about tasks. Did them within the deadline. Leant that I am not fast in Excel.

Week 3. Doing independently large chunks of the project on my own.

Week 4. Simultaniously worked on the 2nd project. Learnt that my Powerpoint is not bad but needs polishing.

Asked about feedback from the teammates. They said 4 out of 5.

During the weeks initially was nervous about the tasks in a sense that I thought that I should do all the Excel tables and PowerPoint writing the exactly same as they said. However, learnt that there is a rome for improvisation.

My major drawback is lack of efficiency and speed. I do tons of breaks between tasks which beat me from the track. Also, sometimes, I do tasks very manually and in not efficient manner. After doing it several times I start to develop "shortcuts"

Need advice
