First round writing assessment?…
Recently got a first round at an EB…but it’s a live 45 minute writing assessment. Never experienced this before - especially in a first round. I have previously provided writing samples in a process but never experienced a live writing assessment.
Has anyone ever experienced this before? They said there is nothing to prepare but I would greatly value any insight anyone could share
Yes. I got this for an ER process I’ve been going through. 2 of them, actually.
First was literally a random question that I had to write a one page response to. Nothing finance or economy related at all. Second one was stock related. It seemed like they just wanted to see my writing style and grammar. I wouldn’t be too stressed, just make sure to double check your work
Interesting. I feel like for ER it makes more sense but for a banking role it’s a bit off putting - especially for a first round
Gugg Chicago MM is not an EB lol.
Should not be that difficult.
