First year analyst

For someone that is entering college and has a true passion for finance, what can I realistically expect from the finance world when I graduate if I start out as an analyst 1st year. Salary, lifestyle, future promotion

Use the Firms link at the top, go to IB, then look at comp.

Mergers and Inquisitions has a ton of articles on lifestyle/promotion etc. Not sure if I can link there, but it's a good place to start. WSO is more geared towards advice / conversation.
