First Year MM Analyst Recruiting Help

Hey Guys,

I’m a first year analyst at a well-known MM bank and I was wondering what the timeline and process for PE Recruiting is like. I’m sure it’s too early to really start worrying about this but I wanted to make sure I was on top of it whenever the time comes. Do I need to be actively reaching out to recruiters or net working? Will recruiters find me if I have the qualifications they are looking for? When should I start to worry if no one has reached out? Any information or opinions are more than welcome. Thanks guys!
