For 1st year analysts/ incoming analysts at BAML, change in compensation?
Incoming analyst here- in the past year of compensation hikes I've been seeing on several sites (unsure how accurate they are) that BAML raised analyst 1 salaries from 100k to 110k base. HR hasn't reached out about this nor has there been an updated offer letter or any communication. Did anyone else get any type of notification about this or is it just fake news? Not a lot riding on this or anything, I just don't want to get juked since in general HR has forgotten or been extremely slow to send me really impt information/onboarding requirements.
Likely won’t be an updated offer letter, but you’ll just automatically receive the higher base salary.
Incoming analyst. They sent an updated offer letter with the 110k bonus a few months back
