For those of you who were bottom bucket and not laid off, what were your reviews like?
More importantly, were you able to get better reviews the next cycle and if so, how did you go about improving?

Believe it or not, IB assessment is far from objective.
Usually you just need to improve optics / hygiene factors. Like replying email within 30 minutes on a Saturday, even if you know you won't action it till Monday evening.
