Any Advice to pass down to those who are about to get into the process considering it is will begin by next month?
Make as many genuine relationships you can reach out to later as possible right now
Definitely have been trying to do that do you think group doesn’t matter at this point and I should just be willing to get my foot in the door or I should be targeted
Does not matter at all at this point. If you are genuine -- laugh, smile, be yourself -- that will all work its self out. Focus on being able to convey your story well and what you have learned from your experiences — whatever they may be. Its brutal out here, get your foot in the door
Appreciate the advice
Be ready to talk about what sort of projects you worked on in detail. This is a large part of the interview, especially if you interned at another bank
