Forecasting Inorganic Growth
How would you forecast drivers like revenue growth, margins, cash, etc. for companies whose growth is driven by frequent acquisitions?
Is it even worth trying to figure out what/how they will acquire their next target? I’d much of the value of the company depends on making positive NPV acquisitions, it doesn’t feel right to ignore future acquisitions.
