I just realized that I was supposed to put a job code for on campus recruiting, but I forgot to put it when applying through the company website.
I just submitted my resume through the resume drop
But, will this screw me over, because it says that I needed to add the job code.

Like putting in the wrong code when inputting a journal entry into SAP. It won't mess you up a lot, but the info won't get to the right bucket. Get it fixed ASAP before a business dinner gets logged as prepaid expenses.
To answer your question, it might delay your app's processing time. I'd get a hold of a responsible party sooner rather than later.
