Frank Quattrone Leaves Qatalyst

Hey guys, I was just curious as to how much this will affect Qatalyst's business. Of course, the new co presidents Jason DiLullo and George Boutros have worked closely with Frank Quattrone but it seems as if Quattrone cultivated and kept the strongest network within the Valley. He does mention, however, that he is going to still assist the firm with strategy etc. Will they use this time to shift the relationships to Boutros and DiLullo so Quattrone can slowly phase out? Please correct me if I'm wrong, I've wondered how these types of situations play out.
