And as a follow-up, when networking with guys who were in frats or super into college sports, should I be worried if I'm not interested in either?

I mean tbh every bank is fratty. Most of the dudes were in frats or athletes. Doesn’t really matter as long as you are smart and a nice guy who’s good at talking you’ll land somewhere. More you overthinking little things like sports/frats just doesn’t do you any good.
