How much "free time" do you get during training? When do you usually get home? Or are you kind of pressured to go out with fellow trainees everyday?

For the most part, yes, except on the evenings that have pre-planned events (though those usually involve some booze as well). Enjoy training; it's actually a really fun time!
is training in regular work attire or is it more casual?
Typically it's the same dress code as your office, but you'll most likely get an email from HR with those details beforehand anyway
will I have time to finish moving in and that stuff? I dont want to miss out on the socializing and getting to know your co-workers but my lease starts on the first day of training
Yes, you'll be able to fit that in...you don't have to go out drinking every night....plus, you'll have your weekends free.
