Freshman Internship Concern

I'm a freshman with a 4.0 GPA and a very minor private equity internship I did over the winter, and I have been looking for a freshman internship at a boutique since December, but now it's mid-March and I still haven't gotten any offers yet. What should I be doing now? I've cold-emailed over 200 small boutique firms and applied to all the relevant internships listed at my career office and on Handshake. I'm scared I'll have nothing to do this summer. I've seen through peers and on LinkedIn that so many freshman get small IB internships over the summer, and I don't want to be behind everyone else or let this summer go to waste, since IB recruiting starts at my school second semester sophomore year and I would like to have a summer experience on my resume.
