Freshman looking to do two internships

Hello I’m a freshman at a upper semi-target, and have been looking for freshman internships. Probably sent out 700 cold emails and have gotten a couple offers. My plan is to do PWM, where the experience I’ll get looks to be excellent. Also, I can do a two-week internship at a boutique ib firm, because that is what their internship program is like. The chairman for the PWM is okay with me missing two weeks July to August to do the program. Also plan on returning to the boutique over winter break. How should I have this on my resume? Also is this a good plan? The boutique firm has excellent deal flow. My other options are a no-name commercial real estate firm and a worse investment bank(mostly cold calling).
