From financial controlling to IB

Hi,

I'm 24years old and should graduate this summer (master's degree in corporate finance). I'm currently in an apprenticeship contract (alternating school and work) as a financial controller in a consumer loan branch of a top french bank. I want to work in IB or PE, however my work experience are only in controlling (3years of apprenticeship). What are the types of path would you avise to reach my goal?

1) According to what I've read, should I go for TAS in a Big4? 2) I received a job offer from my current consumer loan employer to move abroad and work in one of their subsidiary,... as a financial controller. Can this new experience help tout transition to IB or PE?

My school is Skema business school if it may help. By the way, this type of website/community is very helpful. Thanks for your help
