From No Name IB Associate to M7 MBA

Hey guys,

Recently signed a FT at a no name Real Estate Boutique in Europe think Paris/Frankfurt. I mainly cover two sectors M&A and Debt, I'm applying to some M7 this year and was considering post MBA position. The partner at the firm Im at clearly stated VP in 3 years, so if I end up getting my MBA ill be an associate in three years but at a better bank with a better salary. My background is a non target uni in Switzerland, lots of post grad course work Harvard, and Cornell. A couple of years of Corporate Development/ Finance at my families firm, currently involved bored level+research (started a case study about the industry/firm for H/S/W visiting campus to give a visiting lecture for MBA's)

So should I leave for my MBA or continue at the no Name. Going back to the family firm is currently not possible.

Anyone went through something similar?

Thank you for your time
