Most balance sheet banks operate their FSG as lev-fin groups. More relationship style groups will be MM's but unsure how available seats are

I will admit I harbor undue disdain towards sponsors bankers stemming from countless nights as a coverage analyst getting roped in to do all of the debt modeling and credit memos for sponsor clients without even a whisper of support from sponsors coverage. But when I read your post, I mean… I feel vindicated. Am I teading this right? In your august station as an associate 1, youve come to realize that you’re really best suited to be a client management guy? Targeting groups that focus on “relationship management” rather than “modeling.” Lmao
