Do you get thanksgiving, Christmas, and other holidays off or do you just work through them? Curious if there are differences across BBs / EBs

It tends to vary between groups, but if your seniors aren't absolute douchebags you will normally get to a proper Christmas break and a summer holiday. Your clients are usually gone in this time period, so unless you are in the middle of a deal, like DD process or similar, it's possible to leave the office for a week or two without any issues.
