FT Email Response Rate 0%
Recruited for SA to EB/BB this summer but looking to upgrade for FT if possible. Have sent ~30 emails to contacts from recruiting (that vouched for me back then) and some new contacts, but have not gotten one response back. Is this normal? I’m not too early am I? (heard that it’s best to start even earlier than now and some apps have already opened up)
Did not keep in touch with contacts since I signed my offer which I regret, but could that be the whole reason here?
Yeah response rate is pretty low with warm and cold contacts. Saw a thread where someone said that bankers have been overwhelmed at the moment hence the low response rate. I’d just keep persisting but also don’t be annoying (spam multiple bankers in the same group on the same day).
You being at top BB/EB or being at Deutsche/UBS does make a difference.
