FT Interviewing Questions
I had a tough time getting interviews for SA IBD this year (semi target), and I ended up getting an offer from the one interview I had (Barcap Coverage). I'm curious if having the summer analyst experience would make me a strong candidate for full time interviews next year. Do I have a shot at getting interviews at GS/MS (or any other bank for that reason) for full time?
Is recruiting full time a lot tougher than SA since there are less open spots?

Try securing an FT at Barclays during your SA if you like it. This way, you'll be able to apply to GS/MS/JPM.. with an offer in your backpocket.
