With full-time recruiting underway, I just wanted to reach out the community to hear people's experiences recruiting for full-time jobs while they were in undergrad. I've heard that first rounds and superdays focus more on behaviourals since firms are making a long term commitment to you so they'd like you to be a person they get along with.
