FT Offer Accepted but not sure what to do

Long story short: I accepted a FT offer after interning last summer; team was good, I enjoyed the experience and I think I will learn a lot over the next couple of years. BUT, I have also been in touch with a friend out of nowhere who has a really nice startup that I am confident I would love to work at (this is exactly the type of job I could see myself doing after a couple of years in banking). Obviously the pay is much lower and who knows if anything will work out. My heart says go take a chance, but my mind says “do the guaranteed move, make good bank and think about other options a few years down the road”.

what do you all think?
