FT offer from a top MM shop vs Internship from a top EB?

Hi all,

I am at a point where I have to decide between an FT offer from a top MM bank or an internship from an EB. I am glad to have these opportunities, but I am debating which offer makes more sense.

MM

Pros: 1) no need to worry about applying again, 2) solid brand and growing international presence

Cons: 1) smaller deals, not so different from what big 4 M&A teams do

EB

Pros: 1) larger deals (generally speaking) 2) I found the interviewers to be really smart

Cons: 1) I would have no guaranteed FT offer

What is your opinion on this?

PS: My Long term goals are going to grad school and staying in IB or move to a PE
