FT Partners Bonus Clawbacks
Hi guys, has anyone heard anything about the bonus clawbacks at ft partners, I heard analyst are not getting paid their bonuses until they spend 4 years at the company? or do they have to repay all bonuses when they leave prior to that? Please let me know whoever has any info.
Any comment appreciated,
Thank you
Not a direct source but bonuses don’t have a payment / vesting schedule (not sure what the 4 years you’re referring to is), but if you leave before the end of your role (analyst years, assoc years, etc), they will clawback all bonuses. source: roommate works at ftp ny
By clawback, do you mean that people have to pay back their bonuses? That’s insane
okay so assuming the analyst role is 2 years and you leave after first year, youre not getting your bonus. That's batshit crazy. I dont think I heard any other company doing it? Can anyone confirm?
Like any bank that claws back anything (I.e sign on bonuses), they are not going to do shit if you don’t pay it back.
You’ll burn the bridge with them, but do you think they are going to take legal action (which will cost more than the bonus itself) to get it back?
