Just out of curiosity what does the comp look like for FT Partners? (Base + Bonus)
Yes - I understand the firm is still fairly sweaty and they work you pretty hard. But does that at least mean they pay you decently?
Alumni working there says he is paid above street but experience is brutal and crushing
About 73-80 base. Not sure about bonus though.
