FT Partners cutting bonuses?
Understand that base is 140k, but how much do they pay in bonuses? Heard from someone on here they they are cutting bonuses? If they’re increasing their base from lowering bonuses, then whats the point?

Think their bonuses are still higher than most BBs, but also I would much rather have a fatter paycheck in the mail every month than having to make it a whole year and then wait another half year for the tax return.
