Rough culture, exits to lower-tier BBs
Culture seems bad, late hours and hard seniors.
Without causing offence, quality of juniors they attract is not that high which says something. Mid level and seniors seem to have better credentials. In fairness they do some interesting deals and naturally have good relationships in the FinTech scene, but you have to ask yourself if it is worth it.
Not sure exits would be that great given FTP is quite an unknown name in London (outside of a small bubble)
