I am a recent target school graduate with a high GPA (3.9) and strong extracurriculars but due to a series of unfortunate events, I missed the major OCR recruiting cycle. I would like to get employed ASAP and wanted to know if it is still possible to get a FT offer at a good firm?

If you went to a target, then there should be a solid alumni base in whatever industry you want. Use it.
