Ant advice for current seniors trying to Get a full time offer in IB? Im at an Ivy League, and interned for trading at a BB but still not even getting interviews. Trying to do networking and having very bad hit rates or most will just say there are no spots left...entering panic mode, what d I even do? Also trying hedge funds an research..

Out of curiosity what school do you go to? I always thought if you go to Wharton/Harvard/Princeton people are dying to hire you and will always respond to emails. Maybe that's just my FOMO talking
