Incoming at a mid-tier BB (think Citi/Barclays/BofA) but want to lateral up to top BB/EB and try my hand at a few megafunds + pods. When does recruiting start for full-time generally, and is it totally necessary to get a return offer to get the top offer?
Are the processes structured like the internship processes (EBs finishing by mid-late February, etc...) or do offers only come out in August?
