Hi, just accepted an offer at a boutique IB for SA 26. I'm not totally sure if it is an amazing fit because ultimately, it is not in the location I want to be in. So, I want to recruit for FT just in case I don't like the situation. Any advice on when to start. Looking to recruit for Boston/Chicago/Charlotte/NYC. Any tips? Thanks
