FT Recruiting in Public Finance
Current SA at a solid pubfin team at a MM bank (WF/ Jefferies/ Barclays), got really good feedback at the mid-summer review, so it seems like I'm in a great spot to secure the return offer. The only problem is that I know how important your first job out of college is, and I think I'd be shortchanging myself by settling, rather than trying to go to for broke.
I was wondering if anyone out there had experience doing FT recruiting in the munis world - would appreciate any advice, or guidance as to what firms even do FT recruiting in this space.
