Almost all banks have either already completed recruiting for next fall or have already had their "resume drop/application deadlines" expire a few weeks ago, Depending on your academic standing/university rep/quality of previous internship experience (if any), I would try reaching out to recruiters (long-shot), alumni or friends you may have at these firms to let them know you are interested in working there. Best case scenario, someone reneges on an previously accepted offer or a spot opens up and you get a chance to interview sometime before graduating in the spring.
