Full time communication?

So I signed a FT offer with a BB back in August and have heard nothing since. Does anyone know when paperwork, analyst info, drug tests etc start coming through? I assume either this month of next?

In the spring usually. Drug test will be right before start date most of the time. Background info should come in the next two months maybe. A lot of banks also run orientations now or soon so the new Analysts get to know each other.

What's an orientation?

You go and meet everybody, they tell you a bit more about technicalities such as registering, tax or whatever it is. Then you party it down with the crowd, dinner and getting wasted.

I'm at a BB FT and was told to expect a 'Welcome' email at the end of February. My guess is the time line for paperwork, drug tests, etc... is going to be roughly the same as it was leading up to the SA position.

Hope this helps

I'm on a drug. It's called Charlie Sheen.
